Happy Gawai!

It is going to be a long holiday here in Sarawak so I'm going to be away for a while. Actually just going back to visit the parents to celebrate the 29th years anniversary on the 1st June. It is the same day of the Gawai Dayak celebration. The word Gawai means a ritual or festival whereas Dayak is a collective name for the native ethnics of Sarawak;Iban, Bidayuh, Kayan, Kenyah, Kelabit, Lun Bawang and others. Thus, Gawai Dayak literally means "Dayak Festival". Dayak would visit their friends and relatives on this day. Such visit is more known as "ngabang" in Iban dialect. Relatives and visitors are served with rice wine or tuak and chicken cooked in bamboo as well as other traditional delicacies at the many ''open houses".

Unlucky Me

I was so unlucky today. First the PC that i use in the office suddenly 'rosak' yesterday and i ask someone to repair it today. The technician told me the mainboard need to be replaced, so as the RAM and one more thing dat i cant even recall until now. Do you know how much it cost to change all of it....almost RM600. WTF...for only 3 items we need to pay for that much. My boss is going to be really mad. Told the hubby bout it and he was so shock to hear the price as well. In that case better i ask for a new set of PC but i know that it is impossible for me to do it since the bosses are away for quite sometime. I'm so doomed. Blame the stupid USB cable that cause all of this uninvited trouble. Feel like crying and I'm so stress out now. I dunno what else to do, like it or not still we need to replaced the mainboard. Otherwise no work can be done around here. In the time like this i really hope that i can turn back the time. Only if i do not plug in the USB cable yesterday.Waaaaaaa........wat to do, wat to do???? Tolonglahhhhh..............

Cranky Me

What happened to me today? I was so damn tired with all the works that need to be done. Dun feel like going to work tomorrow. Hate it when I had this kind of feeling. Hopefully tomorrow will be much much better...dun wan to get cranky over some stupid matter!!!

Aiyyakkk...I got lots of works to be done ASAP but I seem like dont know how to do it. Not dat i dunno how it is just like at this moment I dont feel like doing anything. Now Im dragging & forcing myself to do it. I need to finish up all the practical attachment application very soon. This month we are going to have lots of activities. The Institute are organizing an open house this Saturday. This open house is one of the strategy to promote the Institute to public. The marketing department are pulling all their effort to make this open day successful. But my mind are not really into it. All i can think of now is about the application, Im afraid that I cant make it on time. Need to motivate myself. I know I can & I will make it before this week ends....arghhhhhh!
